The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment YRC Freight attempted to coordinate this shipment, however it fell outside of the scope of their protocols due to special circumstances with this freight.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Friendly, timely and very professional! Because of a scheduling issue on my end, I wasn't able to make the pickup window, but Frank was highly accommodating and understanding. I would definitely use Metronome Trucking for future shipments.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My pickup was scheduled for 10/30/2020 between 2PM and 5PM. The crate was ready to be loaded and I had a forklift operator who was waiting for the driver to arrive. Roadrunner never showed up and I had to call dispatch to learn that they WOULD NOT be picking up the load and had to reschedule. AWFUL COMPANY! The driver should have called to inform me. I could have been waiting until 9PM. PLEASE PROCESS MY REFUND ASAP.
