After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Bid was accepted 2/1, uship rules are a pickup must be completed in 5 days and delivered in 3 days. After numerous phone calls and emails he never scheduled a pick up. 2/8 he stated he would either call me or email me with a date, never did. 2/15 he stated he would contact me in 24hrs. to schedule it, never did. I realize the bad weather caused unforeseen delays but you can't tell me the city of Dallas is at a standstill for 17 days, just doesn't wash. I feel I have been more then patient. This

sr why is it always hard for people here to be honest you know all to well we was snow in dc and could not move for over a week you called our hotel and talk to us many times and even said to the driver better you then me
and then you go here and say this wow man what people will say just toget there deposit back from uship
you know what happen and i can not control it we talked to you over 10 times and the sending side and you said that that god for phone records !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
