The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider said he would be there Saturday between 12:00 - 1:00 PM. I had the previous owner take off work that day so he could see off the boat. When I spoke with the transporter that morning he confirmed that he would have one of his drivers over there and that he would call me back when he had an exact time. After he did not show up I called him multiple times and he would not answer. I also had the previous owner of the boat try to contact him and he would not return his calls

One of the best shippers I have ever used. Had some trouble with the trailer and he actually took it back to his shop and worked on it for me. Very easy to deal with and very understanding. Also incredibly reasonable. He even washed the boat right before it was delivered. I highly recommend this shipper.
