Paul was a great guy to work with. My motorcycle arrived with no hassle. I wasn't there for pick up or drop off, but Paul communicated well with my friends and me during the process. I would work with him again.

Countrypicker changed the time of pickup two times after we decided on a pickup date. I was informed of one of these changes only after I called to get a status update. My furniture was damaged by the delivery service and the payment of the insurance claim by them took over a month and a half after I reported the claim. I felt that communication between Countrypicker and myself was very poor on their end as I had to request information and payment of the damaged goods several times.
Response from countrypicker:
This shipment was a small fill-in and could not go be picked up before the move from NH to CO was ready to go. The items were in a self-storage unit and the shipper said it was not urgent. Why prob now? As for the damage, it did happen. We called around Denver to find someone to fix it, which is above and beyond. When we could not find someone, we paid the claim per our agreement. This is an unfair review from an very hard to please person. In hind-sight, we should have passed on this load.

Rolling Thunder delivered my bike safely and in a timely manner. They responded to my questions prior to and during the shipment. I would use Rolling Thunder again to ship my motorcycle.
