I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not show up to pick up the bike on the original date and time agreed upon. Did not contact me back for hours after and claimed his vehicle broke down. So I agreed to give him an extra week to pick it up and bring it down. He called my POC up in PA to set a date and time. He never showed. And has not made any contact with me since that happened.
