Customer said that their shipment was palletized which it isn't. Instead of a dry van a flat bed truck would have to be used. The cost was an approximate additional $500. Gentleman @ origin said that he has had same problem with shipper with past scheduled pick up attempts with misrepresentation of shipment. We wish the shipper the best with his shipment, thank you.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time this item is still sitting at the sellers house and has not been picked up. i need to make other arrangements. thanks Dino.

The seller informed us that that the item was not on a pallet & they did not have one to fit. The seller also informed us that he had same problem with the buyer (shipper) in the past. The only alternative was to use a flat bed instead of a LTL dry van. The additional cost was approximately $500 more. We decided not to assist the shipper with this shipment since we were misinformed of his shipment's pick up capability for this would result in us having a lost on this shipment. Sorry, thank you.
