Shippers were very easy to work with. Despite some setbacks on our end which led to their pickup being delayed, they remained professional, patient, and worked with us to reschedule. Rick was very friendly, helpful, & encouraging. Fran did an excellent job of communicating everythig. Fran and Rick, sorry you've been having poor experiences on Uship, but things will get better. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This person that bid on my shipment did not communicate with me or pick up my shipment after over a week. Now I have to start over again and risk getting bad feed back on my Ebay account. Not good at all. He had no cell phone. Said he had to go to Mexico. No phone? No phone call. Finally heard after I emailed several times and called him 3 times. He never confirmed a pick up day, time or anything. He should not be a part of USHIP. Thank you.Frances Munder. Response from gnavarro27: I called shipper explaining that I had a family emergency in Mexico and could not accomodate the shipment. I did keep in communication with shipper at all times. I gave her the option of cancelling the load in advance to avoid in problems.
