After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This person was in a bad situation not from me. The shipment was misrepresented/understated. I was not given a Company Name, invoice number, Phone number or contact at the company. My calls were not returned. He called me back after I passed the pick up location. I redirected to the factory where I did not have sufficent information for the shipping department. I waited 30 minutes to find out no one in shipping knew where this shipment was. Big waste of my time.

Mr Lafave has completely misrepresented himself and is a lier. I Called him amny times and while he was on his way. .He had an address and the phone # He refused to wait 15 Min. while another truck was loaded. He left the site and told me that someone else can get the load. The problem was he had NO room on his small trailer. I asked for a full truck shipment and needed 20x6 feet of trailer space as stated in my ad. his trailerwas 3/4 way full of junk and the Factory refused to load improperly.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was irritated the factory was not imediatly available to load the shipment. I called him at 8:14 am he said he was 40 Min from pick up. He called me at 9:01 am told me the factory was unable to load him until they they completed another task. He informed me that he was going to be late for his next pick up in Chicago if he had to wait. At 9:22 he left me a message that the load was larger that he expected and he had already left the factory and that I could have "someone else pick
