This shipper is extremely difficult to deal with, unprofessional, and dishonest. On the delivery date, he wasn't home to receive the shipment at agreed upon date/time. My calls had'nt been returned for 3 days prior to delivery date, but I attempted to deliver on schedule anyway. Furthermore, he was unreachable for 27 days after delivery date, during which time I transported and stored his cargo at no extra fee. I feel I was more than fair in my actions.

Hard to deal with, does not communicate well and charges to much. Not trustworthy
