WOW!!When the drivers arrived at 1pm not 4pm They were greeted with the client telling them they were loosers & making an L on her forhead w/her fingers..how old are you 6? If service was so bad..Why tip them $20ea? Yes we had delays & were late getting to her & a couple others. They were informed and when they were in the filthy trash mouth was unreal. I would like to point out also that there was no damage to the items, Yes they paid $180.00 for their service, we are human and things happen

I wasn't there for the delivery (thankfully), but I imagine my sister's family was expressing their complete dissatisfaction with you because you greatly inconvenienced them by arriving on SUNDAY AFTERNOON despite the fact that you bid for and assured me of a FRIDAY arrival. You never even tried to deliver on Friday and inexplicably you didn't call my sister till 10 pm that night to say you weren't coming. Mr Loughman was very understanding of our time as we were adding his move into a combination move. Having an early pickup for us meant we could be further ahead towards our longer destinations earlier. We appreciate his business and look forward to any future moves we may be able to provide.

They bid to pick up in Boston and drop off in NY on the same day last Friday. Pick up was ok. Drop off was awful. They called NY Friday night at 10 PM to say they weren't coming! They then promised a Saturday dropoff, but never showed. They then promised a Sunday am dropoff, but did not show till 4 pm. Had they just told the truth, it would have been ok. Instead they lied repeatedly and were hard to reach as their voicemail was always full. They were cheap and you get what you pay for.

WOW!!! Guess they did not want to tell of their very nasty rude behavior. First when told that we were delayed they used very nasty language, then when the drivers arrived they were greeted with verbal assaults on their character, and the client making an L on her forhead calling them loosers. They paid $180.00 for a sleep sofa, 2 end tables and a chair, all brought into the house ...a service that was not paid for..it should have been left on the door step according to uship rules. I recently hired J and J movers to transport a large rug from Boston to Florida. They picked up on time and were very courteous. They delivered on time and were very courteous and helpful to my parents. They offered to set the rug on my parents' living room floor, which required them to move some furniture. My elderly parents greatly appreciated their service. I would recommend J and J and use them again without hesitation.
