A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When i accepted the offer i put the dates i would be able to pickup her pup, I assumed when she accepted she looked at the dates i said i could do it for. Other than that very nice and kind.

Tom is probably great at other transports, however think twice before sending an animal with him.My young puppy did not have a crate, I clicked no to that question when building the ship request. Tom accepted transport and I confirmed with him. We had sudden flash flooding, All roads blocked. Tom cursed at me and gave me a hard time bc he had not eaten in 9 hours, last time I checked there were Drive Thrus! I was already stressed trying to get to them, then was pretty scared for my puppies life!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment .

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I listed the date for pickup 6.4.21. They accepted the bid for my budget but asked for earlier pickup.I tried to work with them to do shipment earlier however it did not work out and the puppy can only be picked up on original date. Very nice and wish they could have done the transport!
