Very good shipping experience, all the way. Frank is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, very friendly & courteous. He brought our boat up from warm, balmy Florida, to below zero, freezing North Dakota, with no problems. He was willing to drive up here in our frigid, snowy weather, with no complaints at all. He was right on time too. If we ever need anything hauled again, I will call Frank first. He is recommended by us. Thanks Frank & safe travels to you always. Janet & Darren
