I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The car was inop.We can not pick it up without key. The driver did show up on Tuesday.

I was promised that the car would be pickup on Monday then Tuesday. Then was asked to leave the keys in the car. Why would I leave the keys in the car when they failed to show up twice? The guy at the pick up location was leaving town for a week and they knew that. The transporter arrived on Wed when the guy had already left. I called 3 times and left two messages to try and work things out, but was ignored and never received a call back. I did receive a full refund so I do appreciate that.

Dave was a pleasure to work with! He kept in contact with me throughout the entire shipment. Coordinated pickup and delivery times, as well as pictures throughout his trip. Took great care of my vehicle and delivered it super quick. I highly recommend Dave for your transportation needs.

Steve is a great guy to deal with. A man of his word. Took great care of my car and treated it as his own. Showed up as promised and made a quick delivery. Good communication, a pleasure to work with, and would gladly deal with again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told by USATRANSIT that my car would be picked up on Monday night (7/26/10). The transporter never showed up that night. I was then promised that the car would be picked up on Tuesday night (7/27/10). The guy at the pickup location was up till 12am on Tuesday night, and again the driver never showed.
The transport service provider knew that the guy at the pick-up location was leaving town Wed July 28th for a week. I was promised twice that the car would be picked up on two differen

Here is email from the customer after he accepted my bid:
I have accepted your bid for the transportation of a 1998 Pontiac Firebird. This is my first time using uShip so I may have some questions, comments or concerns.
As far as a pick-up date goes, on or any date after Saturday will be fine. I believe the car will be available to pick up after 6:45pm on the days he works. You or I could clarify with him on a specific date and time.
He left town on Tuesday, when our driver was there
