This was my first time using their delivery service to have my kitten delivered to a new home. They were very flexible and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised with the questions regarding the kitties last feeding time. They are just really good people. Thank you so much and I hope they continue to provide their service with me.

Joshua was very patient, more than willing to accommodate me while I was being quite indecisive. Additionally, when I was contacting Joshua by text, he was quick to respond back each time.
