The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider inexplicably showed up with an undersized pick up vehicle then after promising to return with a full-sized truck, canceled suggesting that they could not pick up an 84" wide pallet in a 102" wide truck. When we pointed out the bad math they failed to respond.We need immediate cancellation of this transaction as we now are close to an agreed delivery deadline.

Joe,is a broker. This order was given with the expressed condition that the shipment would be picked up the next day.I was asked to pay for the shipment within hours of placing the order to insure the shipment would be picked up the next day-I did-it wasn't.The following day additional miscommunications and missed p/u occurred because there was a new person a woman in CA, still not w/the freight line, that was supposed to be coordinating things.Joe did a nice job communicating though.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper(the truck driver in Dallas today) reports today, Tuesday 10/7 that they are rescheduled to go to Atlanta not CO and would not only be unable to pick up my shipment but would not be available to do so for at least a week.I have informed them that I wish to cancel and relist my shipment as the customer is in more immediate need of this shipment than their new schedule allows.
