I would highly recommend Bravo Team Logistics, especially David Smith who was the gentleman who handled our shipment. He was very responsive, proactive and accommodating, especially since my supplier changed the shipping date and time several times. The trucker that he used was actually early, very professional, had the load tarped perfectly and a pleasure to deal with. I was leary about using Uship and a broker but, again, I would definetly use Bravo Team Logistics again

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I needed the machine shipped on a certain day. The provider said he would be able to meet my delivery dates in his bid, but after accepting his bid and paying for the service, he could not accommodate my needs. I spoke directly with the shipper and he agreed to cancel the shipment. I did not give him the service code for payment. I have place the load with another carrier and it is already on its way to the destination.
