I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Shipping customer has not responded to any of our calls and I am have left the area

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Miscommunication of the Dates. Day of the week was provided, but different dates.

They charged me additional money in cash that had to be paid on delivery. The pickup people and the delivery people were not the same and the delivery people didn’t know what items were mine and what wasn’t mine, obviously didn’t check the inventory list. He made me release payment before he would unload anything. They lost several of my boxes and tried to blame me for it. Not happy at all.
