Good folks to work with. Will keep you informed on route status and ETA. They were rear-ended by a drunk driver enroute to pick-up site and that slowed them down a little. But nothing you can really do about that sort of thing. I would use them again.

Randy was great! He kept me informed on his timeline before pick-up during transpo and at drop off. Very responsible and very customer oriented. Since he was carrying my dog from coast to coast he let her actually sit up front to enjoy the ride! (after he asked permission to do s first, I should mention)Highly recommend Randy!

Rigoberto is ever the professional. He picked up my antique bike and kept me aware of where he was and when he would be here. In fact, he was able to articulate when he would be at my house a whole week before showing up...within 15 minutes of his estimated time. Rigoberto is very thorough in is planning and support. I am keeping his number in my phone.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper had a full load and could not accept my shipment at that time.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The Bike was to be picked up between 16 and 18 February. It is now 21 Feb and I have not even heard from them. Very unprofessional.
