This was a shipment of a young puppy. The shipper bid stated 48 hours to get the puppy there and then took over 4 days with a whole day of no communication. I was about to call the police a file a report at one point. Liz lied to me about the driver and the driver was told to sit and wait over a day in Pa in hopes of finding more shipments in that direction. This was very unprofessional and these people should not ship live animals anymore.

I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our services. Your puppy was well cared for and the route the driver was going to take was explained prior to us picking up and you were given an option of two different times and chose the earlier pickup time.
