Very nice folks to deal with and dog was very sweet not a single problem all the way up only concern is having the health records when shipping. this turned around very quickly once settled and every one was very nice. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This customer was difficult to communicate with. I bid and it expired, he requested a rebid and I did rebid. I went to Cortez CO got a room and was there to make the connection. He did not respond so I cancelled my rebid and went on to other work. The customer requested another rebid which I did, with the stipulation that it would be "payment in full at Pickup" He ignored that and accepted my bid. After I emailed a contract and was on my way to the pick up did he question the terms and cancel.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I did not want to ship with this transporter beacuse I have used uship alot of the last couple of years and never once have i had to pay for an item before it arrives at my door. Greg told me that I had to pay via western union or pay pal before item was picked up. Have am i sure tht the trailer is going to arrive to the requested destination? Someone that does not have a reputation of high qualty reliable services should not be requesting money before the delivery.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment these people lie to me will never use again and hope it doest happen to anybody else

The client, William Brown, accepted our bid, but did not read the requirement that his dog have a kennel for transport. After talking to him directly, he apologized and said he had no means to obtain one or reimburse us for one. Additionally, he was aware of the requirement to prepay the shipping, but refused during our phone conversation. Ruby's attempts to resolve all misunderstandings that occurr when a client has not read the terms of our bid, but was not able to do so with this client.

Great service providers keep in touch at all times. will do business with them again. Would refer to anyone transporting animals. Dogs arrived is great condition. they were fed and watered throughout the trip.
