I am very frustrated with this guy. My booking was based on his ability to perform his haul in a specific time frame and has not done it . He handed it off to another shipper and they could not perform. They are blaming me. I have very good data supporting my argument with them. Bottom line they dropped the ball and it's going to cost me big time to go rent something to use until I get this haul completed. I'm very disappointed and do not wish to ever use this person.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This man was not honest with me at all.He agreed with the u-ship booking to pick up my boat from the port of San Diego between 9/5/2013 and 9/11/2013. I texted with him many times and he agreed he would be there on 9/11/2013. On the day before the pickup I texted him three times with no response. On 9/11/2013 the day he was to pick it up I texted again and he finally responded informing me that he was double booked and would not be able to do it until 9/16/2013. Now I will be paying storage fee
