Francisco was a gem! Excellent communicator, especially on what turned out to be a sometimes difficult trip due to weather, accidents, and traffic. Took loving care of my dog Mocha and sent pictures and videos whenever he could, and typically more than once a day. Picked Mocha up in suburban Philadelphia and brought her to us in Palm Beach County, FL. Told us it would be two days and it was. Thank you for your service.

April was fantastic, especially faced with unusual weather conditions along the I-95 corridor in the Southeast US. Every day I received pictures of Mocha, and April and I communicated regularly. My dog was safe and extremely well-cared for, and I would recommend April to anyone thinking of shipping a pet. Thumbs up, big smiles! Thank you, April.
