Item finally arrived after many exchanges of email, it took a bit more work because 1stClass is the shipping agent. The service from 1stClass is quite good, just wished that their carriers Wes better.
I would like to say thank you for getting my shipment to my destination safely!

Eric is a hard working, easy going and very friendly guy. Even though he ended up having to replace a couple tires during the trip hauling my CAT, he didn't even complaint, just laughed about it. The machine was securely loaded and safely delivered. Commuication was great, frequent phone calls to inform me of the status of the trip.
I highly recommend Eric for anyone looking for a highly reliable and straight forward kind of guy to carry their load.
