A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did not have enough space for this item because other customer had more items than I was informed about until I reached other location.

When our shipment was arranged it should have arrived in 5 days.It was over a week and a half.Communication was not good.He did have an accident which delayed him one day but he never called to explain, we had to call him. The dalay was he picked up xtra loads in Texas instead of going to CA and back to TN like he told me when we set the plans. This was a piece for our commercial business we were waiting on. Time is money where we come from and we lost getting the work done on time cuz of this.

The accident delayed me 4 days, not 1. I offered to deliver this for a lower rate then others posted because they were in the area of where I lived and no one explained they needed the item ASAP otherwise, I would have let another company ship the item, as I had a boat to take to canada then go back to LA then home. Again, I will try to clearify next time. Live and learn I guess.

BOWERS TRUCKING APPRECIATES BROWN & SONS CONSTRUCTION FOR GIVING US OUR FIRST HAUL ON USHIP. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO HAUL FOR. TONYA WAS AVAILABLE TO US THROUGH THE HAUL AND SHE EVEN DROVE TO THE DRIVER TO GUIDE HIM IN. I HOPE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved 4/3/2009 We scheduled my shipment 1 weeek ago. Transport was to pick up at noon, then called me at already two hours late and said he was running behind, then calls several hours later and said that the customer that he was currently at had more items to transport and could not haul our load. He should have kept his deal with us and explained to the other customer that they didnt arrange for all of it to be hauled and that he had previous committments. My seller took off all day today 4 nothin

I am very sorry about situation, but I haul for other folks on regular basis and could not afford to get dropped by them as they are one of largest equipment dealers in country and the delay was caused by heavy rains. I do understand your disappointment.
