Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We have never hidden the fact, that we are brokers and this info is mentioned on our profile. We were doing our best in order to keep Antz updated, but the thing is that the drivers not willingly accept dispatch requests if pick up is planned long beforehand.So, we will be able to provide Antz with pick up date closer to July 5th and we intend to work on this shipment.

Couldn't be happier with Roadrunner Xpress. Did what they said they would. They were happy to work with us even when things got a bit tricky and nothing was a problem.
Would deffinitely use them again and would reccomend them for all your Motorcycle shipping needs. We are from New Zealand so things took a bit more organising but nothing was a problem.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This Service Provider is a broker and after two weeks has still failed to lock in a date to ship our two motorcycles from Texas to California.
I accepted their bid on the 12th of June and after many emails they have not locked in a date to pick up our bikes. I told them I absolutely have to have these bikes picked up by the 8th July.
I couldn't afford to wait for them any longer to have them cancel at the last minute so went with someone else.
Their communication was prompt and very polite.

Clint shipped my 2008 Harley Davidson StreetBob from Oklahoma to Illinois with absolutely no problems what so ever.
I am from NEW ZEALAND so had to be in contact with Clint alot via email. He answered every email I sent him and was happy to help out anyway he could to get the job done.
Very professional and quick service and I would totally recommend Clint from HUBER HAULIN to anyone that is from another country thats planning to buy a motorcycle in the USA.
