Howard was very professional and stayed in touch throughout the process. I would ask for him again if I had another need for this type of shipping. My boat was well cared for on the 14 hour trip, and that was the most important thing for me.

Unfortunately, yes, the delivery was late, ad for that I most humbly apologized, and kept the customer informed. It started with a leaking heater core in my truck, which took a day and a half to get the part and installed, and well, from there it just kinda snowballed. But I got it to him within a day and a half of when I said I would try. I never give specific delivery dates or times when I bid because there are always too many variables that I have no control over.
