One star is pushing it. Muletran is only a broker. They bid on my haul without knowing or having any way to move my equipment. After having to call repeatedly to push them to get it moved, after 2 months it finally moved. I received the invoice for payment, it was $1000 over the contract bid. I called and they repeatedly lied about why the haul cost so much. I called the driver directly and confirmed muletran had no reason to charge me extra. I still over paid. Do not except a muletran bid.
