The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Transporter has not been able to pick our vehicles up and we really need to get them back. I have not received a phone call or email back from them.

There is no truck at the Las Vegas Nevada site of our equipment as of email statement 4.10.17 at 12:31PM. We have no cargo insurance which today you stated would see at 4.10.17 at 9:30-10:00 AM. This was all discussed on Thursday of last week need for cargo insurance and a signed contract. All of which you said we would see Friday 4.7.17 and the unit would be picked up on Friday 4.7.17. Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Spoke to provider once and they said they would send an e-mail with information they needed to process shipment. E-mail was never received and e-mails sent we never responded to. Also recent phone calls were unanswered and no voicemail set up to leave a message.

The re brokered load could not keep track of who and where unit at, booking to pickup four weeks, we provided weight which was off told next week after error, it was three weeks later. Pay up front service not good follow through.

YES we are a BROKER! We do not have gps locations on shipments as we are a BROKER, but we are working on a ANDROID APP for drivers as an extra option in near future for GPS LIVE TRACKING. The weight was off, and we DID NOT charge a dry run fee, as we kept same carrier with a different trailer on next trip. CUSTOMER WAS VERY RUDE FROM THE START. Couldnt write enough to explain in this small area. Best Wishes!!!
