The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment TForce freight refused our shipment at the pickup site, referencing their policy that "requires the consignee/shipper to be on some type of "list" or they can't accept freight exceeding 9 ft". I spoke to their representative and basically was told they will not handle the freight. I explained they picked up this same shipment in March but they could not find it on "The List" but could not explain how to get on said list. I'm very disappointed and will never book with them again. They had all the
