Nice to finally hear from you! You stated, “we pride ourselves on…top-quality care and maintaining constant communication with the pet owner throughout the entire trip.” Top quality care and constant communication were both questionable. Let me reiterate that my frustration lies in the lack of initiative. Essentially, I shouldn’t have to to email/call/text considering your promise to “maintain constant communication.” I hope you can understand my concern as a pet owner. Hope this feedback helps.

Didnt hear from them throughout the whole trip until the day they dropped off my dog. Emailed them regarding this lack of communication (with the email provided) and didnt get a reply back at all. Dog came back with 2 cuts on his body and leg. Still looking for answers.

Until just now, we didn't realize you tried to email us. We don't check emails when we're on the road. We assume if anyone wanted to reach us they would call or text. The entire first half of the trip, we were in the desert in Arizona, New Mexico and west Texas and cell service is rare out there. as soon as we knew when the exact delivery day and time would be, we let you know. Astro did great during the trip. Any supposed marks or cuts on the dog definitely did not occur during transport.
