The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Pickup location is GovPlanet in Chambersburg, PA. I received notification from GovPlanet that Frontline does NOT pick up from that location and I needed to reschedule with another company. Given that Frontline does not pickup from that location (which I feel they then should not have quoted the shipment as the address and location were provided prior to the quoting process) I would appreciate an immediate refund of funds. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been informed by GovPlanet that YRC will not pick up a parcel eligible box without a pallet; and this box is not on a pallet. Since YRC does not pick up loose items, I have no alternative but to cancel the shipment. Thank you.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment YRC did not make the first pickup 12.19.22, then failed to reschedule. Shipper states that YRC will not make an appointment as required (just shows up) then leaves without picking up the freight. As of this writing the pickup was still not on their schedule for today or any other day. I have been told this shipment was picked up; then told it wasn't (apparently a PRO number from one of my other pick ups was erroneously used for this shipment.)
