Very nice woman who truly loves her baby colt that received this horse. The shipper was an older woman & a little difficult, but the consideration of the receiver more than made up for the difficulty. Due to weather delays, this lady worked with me & was so supportive that she made a bad situation almost tolerable. I will haul for her any time.
