The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I understand that Swift was not able to find a driver, but I would have appreciated more communication along the way. The shipment was supposed to have been completed 15 days ago. I heard from Swift only one time after the initial booking, after I asked to inquire why the car had not been shipped yet.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I booked the shipment on Sep 28 and requested the shipment be completed within 30 days. I believe that hauling this load is more challenging than CHP expected, and they haven't communicated with me hardly at all for several weeks. I emailed them to ask about status in the past few days. They did respond, but generally seemed disinterested in hauling the load. i would like to cancel and move on to someone else.
