I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had truck problems. The funny thing with this is that customers usually get upset if you don't refund their money, this one is upset that I did right away. Just shows you that it is hard to please people. Darn if you do and darn if you don't. Hope you are able to get your bike moved.

I'm not upset that you refunded my money, i would've gotten it back either way. I'm upset that instead of calling me and dealing with it like a decent person would, you ignored my calls and neglected to give me any information after your truck broke down. I'm sorry you had problems, i hope you get it fixed.

Katherine was great from day 1. She communicates well and is very caring and attentive! Bike was delivered in timely fashion and was well transported, strapped down correctly and covered. Will definitely do business w/ her again in the future! Thanks Katherine!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper had a "truck problem" when the bike was supposed to be picked up. I constantly had to call him because he would not call me. He said he'd call the seller and never did. The second day he was supposed to find an alternate way of finishing the job he just didn't answer my phone calls and never showed up. I knew the deal was off when he refunded me my paypal payment. What a hassle and a waste of time.
