After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer When I started with this shipment, I was in contact with Laurie. She did inform me that she had to go in for back surgery and told me I would be in contact with Michelle throughout the shipment, I was fine with that. Until after the surgery Laurie decided she wanted to take back over and ordered me to give her my guys phone number and said she wanted to make sure he had horse experience. I feel I didnt need to give her his phone number due to her accepting my bid I am able to choose who comes.

This is not true. Cassidy was in touch with Michelle because she holds the Rescue's credit card. The horse owner called Cassidy when he was 2 hours late. He told her he'd broken down. He also called Michelle. Hearing this, I called him, since I accepted his bid. He said he would get one of his friends to help out. The next morning in an email from him saying he "would have to subcontract out the haul." I told him that wasn't okay because the Brd. of Directors has to approve it. He has our $.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Cassidy Jackson, of Hunter Special Transportation got the bid to haul 2 horses for Curly Horse Rescue, Inc. partly because of his willingness to pick up the horses specifically on 09/25. Two hours after the time he was supposed to be there, the horse owner called him. That was when he told her he was broken down but was making arrangements... I called him that evening and he said he would be picking up the horses at 10 the next morning with a friend named Mark Spencer, but he refused to give

Tom and Crystal are fantastic to deal with! Tom is very knowledgeable and gave the horse that we were shipping wonderful attention. He had some special needs, which were accommodated perfectly! We will use they again, and recommend them highly!
