The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called this shipper numerous times and clearly disclosed the time frame that I needed my vehicle shipped and never heard from the company on the status of my shipment. They were giving me run arounds on multiple days stating my vehicle would be picked up in a few hours, when they never had a carrier dispatched in the first place.

We are sorry for this experience. Our records indicate that you changed the dates from pickup on June 24th to June 28th. We advised that changing the date would create a delay. We explained that your vehicle will be pickup Monday or Tuesday of this week. We are sorry that you cancelled. Best of luck with this shipment.

Great job with the shipment. Although I wish it was delivered earlier, they did work around my schedule on a limited notice, which shows they are flexible, and willing to work with you to get the job done. Great pricing and communication. I would recommend APEX Trucking anytime!
