Pickup driver was delayed due to weather; and the owner picked up my dogs. Most importantly the dogs were comfortable with him and settled down calmly. The owner was very professional, answered all my questions, was attentive to the dogs, and made me feel comfortable in choosing Triple AC Ranch for transport.
