The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider is unable to find a truck to deliver tractor. He has asked that we increase our bid to get better chances of getting it hauled. I am not interested in raising my bid after it has been accepted. Rick is not answering his phone and has never returned one of my calls.

This customer wanted shipment picked up on holiday weekend and it could not be done. He was not asked to raise his bid cause he already accepted he did not understand the set policy for pickup.

Excellent Service, super fast delivery of my Cat 324 Excavator. Hauled from Florida to Nebraska and I did not have to worry about any problems of any kind. Very satisfied with delivery.
