David transported our dog from Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Michigan in a safe and timely manner. Although I did not receive any photos during the trip, David did communicate with us by phone as often as we wished, to gives us updates and answer our questions. We did have one problem that David had trouble navigating the airport pickup and was over an hour late picking up our pet curbside from our friends which was very inconvenient for them and worrying for us. Good otherwise.

Thank you for your business, Again I am sorry for the pick up. I never been to this airport, and going to the wrong area. i am very sorry for not being in the right place.
