The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Due to the fact that I found myself in a dilemma, the pickup site contact person said they didn't see the tucker and the service provider office said, they've visited the fire station twice, but no one is there at the site to give the drive the item. So I rescheduled for a new pickup date but no success. The item was not picked up at all.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider"s payment terms and conditions are as follows: (4. Payments are due before or after pickup, but must be paid in full before delivery. No exceptions. Late payments are billed out at as is, plus a finance charge of $250 per month, and 10% interest per month)
Ignoring his terms, Service provider asked me for an extra fees added to USHIP's accepted bidding amount, if we insist in paying via wire transfer. I know, it's not right for GREAT LAKES LOGISTICS to request for additional Response from GreatLakesLogisticsTransport: Client misrepresented the shipment height - listed it at 8ft high, so we sent a flatbed trailer there, turns out it is 10ft high and we couldn't load that trailer. Subsequently, that has cost us time/money and needed to bill the client accordingly. He refused to take responsibility for his error, and now wishes to cancel. We will not do business with someone who lacks moral ethics, and then also tries to lie about why it's cancelling. Thank you, Nick - Great Lakes Logistics

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider did not pick up the item at agreed date and time. I called their customer service several times and a pickup tracking number was given to me, when the item was still at the pickup site. No show no pickup.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I need a refund for this transaction. They service provided didn't pickup my item on the agreed time. As a result, the seller cancelled the transaction and sell it to the second bidder.
