Sorry things did not work out. I had a truck scheduled to pick this up today, but I guess it was too late. The first trucks partial grew and made Zac's piece unable to be loaded which threw things behind schedule. Tried to work things out, but was not able to do this for him. Thanks and good luck, Christine Response from Zac C.: The problem was not a scheduling conflict, but rather a total lack of communication. Neither I nor the sender had been contacted since the initial booking, when when I paid in full. I had to call 5 days after the latest date in the pick up timeframe to see if the load had been scheduled. I was told that no date was set for shipment, and that was the last I heard. I'm also shocked that the feedback from easytrucking4u insinuates that I was impatient! A humble apology is all that is warranted here

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment has not been picked up. According to the bid details I accepted, this was to have been picked up within 5 days of booking and delivered within another 5 days. We are now into day 12. The sender has not been contacted by the shipper to coordinate pick up since the initial booking. I spoke with the shipper and they told me that another load from another client had taken up more room on the truck than expected and they were unable to load my shipment. Absolutely top notch service. Driver maintained great communication from booking to delivery, load arrived safely, on time and with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended provider.
