Gerry was friendly and open to discussion about transporting our special needs senior. Gerry is a self proclaimed dinosaur concerning technology and went over 24 hours without contact with the moderator. The special needs senior had all of his needs met during the transport and Gerry made sure he was safe. Gerry has met our minimal needs for transport and would be recommended for any dog that does not have special protocols such as crating. Gerry is a wonderful transport person.
