Rod was great to work with. I had to move my mother-in-law from Kansas to DC and Rod handled everything without a single issue. Great price, on time and kept me up-to-date through the entire process. I really appreciated his care in shipping my mother-in-laws valuables.

Rolando was great to work with. This was the first time I used uShip and Rolando's service was so great I will be a repeat user from now on. He shipped a very, very heavy and somewhat fragile wood stove and did it without issue or complaint. I valued these write-ups when I picked Rolando, so I want to make sure that it is clear that he is a great and reliable person to work with.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was very to difficult to communicate with (phone did not work, email did not work), very unresponsive. He was supposed to pickup and item at an agreed time and never did nor did he ever contact us to report why. Very unreliable and would never use Luis for service again.
