The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment 3-attempts where made to pickup item at location, carrier did not take release forms to pickup item as I e-mailed direct to terminal, 2nd time showed up after hours, 3rd time said could not pickup had loose parts and was secured to transport. Have already used another carrier to pickup item, and successfully picked up first attempt and delivered to our location with no problems.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper had made several attempts to pickup items, however said the freight was not ready, was not packaged properly for transport or did not have the release forms when picking up items at site, have tried to use Pitt-Ohio in past have found they are very picky about what and condition freight is in for pickup, also they are not very customer care friendly.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Had made several contacts with shipper to pickup this freight, they where at the site several times but showed up late after closed, or did not take the release forms with them to pickup the items, they finally said could not pickup item because was safety issue going into site.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had a miscommunication about trying to pick this up. Both the TSP and myself had trouble getting ahold of one another. I would like this cancellation to NOT count against this TSP.
