A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper agreed to 10am start time. At 10 am no shipper so I messaged him and he informed me that they would be there around noon. Ok 2 hours late. Then 12pm comes no text or call and no shipper. So I messaged him again and they were another hour away. Then once informing him after 3 hrs of waiting I am not using his service. He answered me and told me that they wont be paying him travel money and then didnt want me to cancel so offered to do it on the side for half of original cost. At this poin
