After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We took 22 hours to respond to a text message that reads |Hello. We are following up ina delivery that should of picked up this week?| from a 646 Manhattan,NY phone number. This message looks to be someone on the receiving side in NY, antique store is in TX. The 22 hour response time would have been much quicker if there was any information about the item or location. The 1 missed call had no voicemail, we get up to 20 calls daily, email also no info. Uship makes 5% of our shipments.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, I had already passed the pick up location by a hundred miles when he accepted my bid. I did check as I passed the exit to see if my bid was accepted, but not at that time. I should have cancelled at that point, but got caught up in traffic.
