They ran late, which was aggravating, but they were concerned with the safety of the horses and sometimes the unexpected comes up. They compensated me for my inconvenience and the horse arrived safe, healthy and relaxed. They obviously knew how to care for the horses properly, which is the most important thing!

Debbie took great care of my 2 yr old Arabian stud-colt on a very long trip! He was in great shape and calm when he arrived... thanks for being so thoughtful with him,Debbie! I hope to do business with you again :)

This is my favorite hauler to date! (And I've used seversl!) He kept in good touch with both ends, he was prompt, made sure to meet our time schedule and was extremely gentle and patient with our two y.o. Arabian filly who had never traveled. A great rig AND the price was SUPER! They'll be the first one I call when I ship my yearling stud-colt... Thanks Kris!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was wrong on the shipping dates needed by my buyer. The shipper was very nice about things.

Horses arrived in good shape and calm. There were several delays due to rescheduling, ill/injured horses, bad weather. Communication regarding the pick-up date was poor, but improved once in transit. I had contracted for an "air-ride, climate controlled van" and it wasn't, was rough inside. The driver seemed to care about the horses, was patient and kind. Contact informing of the delays would have been appreciated. We were left waiting, not given approximate new pickup date until we pressed. Response from DoubleSHorseTransport: There were no delays with our original booking. There was a weather delay when we were trying to work these horses in ahead of schedule. Also from the time of booking to the pick up they moved the horses and didn't let us know of a new address or contact numbers, very inconvient and costly for our company. Our company had to call the originally pick up location they provided several times before that contact informed us the horses had been moved several weeks ago.This did result in a late pick u
