Wow - what an ordeal this was! John was an absolute trooper throughout this whole shipment! We had some issues with the shipper getting it packaged for shipping, and even had to find a different carrier, but John was great to work with! He was totally patient, and even made delivery a lot easier on his end! Immediate payment! He is absolutely fantastic to work with! Thanks again John!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved DUE TO USHIP AND THEIR SYSTEM THAT THEY SAY MY ACCOUNT IS LINK TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT.I'M UNABLE TO GO FOURTH WITH THIS SHIPMENT.I WILL BE HAVING MY LAWYER LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

Traci bid quickly, and answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT) quickly and accurately. The first carrier she lined up fell through (at no fault of hers) and she offered to return my money or that she would find another carrier. In a matter of minutes, she found another carrier and everything went well thereafter. Traci was a GREAT communicator - answering the telephone and emails almost immediately. I have only shipped a few items on UShip, but this was a great transaction.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Jeremy from NautiBouy Marine services was very helpful. The scheduling was tough because I gave him very short notice, but he did everything to make sure he could deliver the boat to me as fast as possible....including driving through two nights with the boat. I would recommend these guys.
