The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I sent a cancelation request while in the parking lot looking for the car that was not to be found. I got run out of the hood by the hostile locals, and am lucky to have not been hurt. I couldn't nor would go back to that place even with police, who wouldn't go there either. As for communications, no person there, keys under seat, supposed flat tires, dead battery, not start, just go and get. Starting to sound to fishy. I did my part, waste my time and $$$. Not saying bad customer, you make the?

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment service provider never pickup vehicle as agreed, verified pickup address several times. now service provider is ignoring all my calls. bad customer service. Response from abtowing: OMG! He sent me into the hood. About got attacked. No car to be found and if it was there, it probably had 6 guys sitting on it drinking 40's. I can't wait all night. The cops wouldn't even go over there. I tried my best but I refuse to get mugged for that price. And after thinking about the haul, Jon said keys left under the seat, flat tires, don't start, no contact at the location. As far as I'm concerned, send me into the ghetto, Bad Customer. I hope someone can find this car during the day.
