The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very disappointed in this provider. They did not contact to let me know that they would not be there on the last agreed upon date of Nov. 15th. They have not responded to numerous e-mails and phone calls.

I am very responsive to peoples phone calls!!After you excepted our bid you then told me I would have to go to a menards store in LA to get the help I needed to load this.I can not load a spa by myself and am not interested in picking up strangers in LA California to help me out.I wish you have told me that before the deal was done...Sorry we could not work it out but we explained to you that as soon as you told us that.Then you wanted to pay more but my safety is important to me
